Billing and invoices
What the subscription page shows
Section titled “What the subscription page shows”Settings → Organization → Subscription states where your organization stands. Open in Teamhood
- On a trial — a Trial pill, the number of days left, and the date the trial ends.
- As a customer — an Active pill, the number of Licenses, and the date the subscription renews. An organization that Teamhood invoices outside Stripe sees the date it is Paid through instead.
- Once the subscription has ended — the date it ended, and the plan to renew. See What happens when a subscription lapses.
The price
Section titled “The price”One plan, priced per user per month and billed Monthly or Yearly. The pricing card shows the current rate, and the checkout shows the VAT for your country before you pay. Prices exclude VAT.
Billing details, card and invoices
Section titled “Billing details, card and invoices”A subscription billed through Stripe, by card or by emailed invoice, has a Billing section under the pricing card, shown to the members who may manage users.
- Billing details — the name, address, company number and VAT number printed on invoices. Edit changes them for the invoices that follow.
- Payment method — the card on file. Update card replaces it, and Add card adds one when none is on file. A subscription billed by invoice charges no card, so it offers neither.
- The invoice list — the invoices, each with its date, number, amount and status. View opens Stripe’s copy, and PDF opens the PDF.
A subscription Teamhood bills by invoice
Section titled “A subscription Teamhood bills by invoice”Teamhood can bill a subscription by emailed invoice, for example for a custom agreement. Its Billing section shows the billing details and the invoices. Its button reads Contact us: the licenses, the billing period and cancellation go through Teamhood.
An organization that Teamhood still invoices outside Stripe has no Billing section. For a copy of an invoice, email sales@teamhood.com.
