Subscribe or change your subscription
A member who may manage users subscribes, changes and cancels on Settings → Organization → Subscription, and pays by card. Anyone else who opens the page sees Contact us, as does an organization that Teamhood bills by invoice while its subscription is live. Open in Teamhood
Subscribe
Section titled “Subscribe”- Select Subscribe now, or Renew subscription after a lapse.
- Enter the billing details. The country may be filled in from your connection. Check it. Choose the number of Licenses, Monthly or Yearly billing and, where more than one is offered, the currency. The form shows what is due today, VAT included. With Yearly, it prices the licenses at the yearly rate, as a monthly figure over 12 months when the yearly price divides evenly and per year otherwise. When yearly is cheaper, a line underneath says how much less that is than 12 monthly payments, before VAT.
- Select Continue to payment and pay on Stripe’s page.
Back in Teamhood, the page confirms the payment on its own. A subscription bought here has at least 3 licenses, and never fewer than the people who hold a seat. See Seats and members.
Change licenses or billing period
Section titled “Change licenses or billing period”Select Manage subscription, change the Licenses or the billing period, and read the preview before you confirm.
- A change that costs something today applies at once and is invoiced today. The invoice covers the added licenses for the rest of the period, or a new billing period that starts today.
- A change that would cost less is scheduled for the end of the current period. Nothing is refunded.
- On a price agreed with Teamhood, a change of licenses keeps that price, and only Teamhood changes the billing period.
A scheduled change shows on the page until it applies. Cancel change drops it, and a new change replaces it.
Cancel or resume
Section titled “Cancel or resume”Cancel subscription at the foot of the page asks for a reason and ends the subscription on the date it would renew. Until that date the page offers Resume subscription. After it, the organization closes. See What happens when a subscription lapses.
A subscription billed by invoice
Section titled “A subscription billed by invoice”Teamhood can set up a subscription that is billed by invoice instead of by card, for example for a custom agreement. Each invoice is emailed, and nothing is charged to a card. The page shows the plan, the invoices and the billing details, with Contact us in place of Manage subscription. Teamhood changes the licenses, the billing period or the end date on request.
